Solutions Architect (Data)
Partner with customers to model pipelines, design data architectures and guide successful go‑lives on Pipevia.
What you’ll do
- Design ELT architectures across sources, transforms and loads
- Model incremental strategies and CDC with warehouse‑native SQL
- Define observability: metrics, alerts, lineage and SLAs
- Lead pilots and migrate pipelines to production
- Author best‑practice guides and reusable templates
- Work closely with product to shape roadmap
- Train customer teams and run office hours
- Assist with incident response during rollouts
- Travel occasionally for on‑site workshops
What we’re looking for
Required
- 5+ years in analytics engineering or data platform roles
- Strong SQL and warehouse experience (Snowflake/BigQuery etc.)
- Hands‑on with dbt or similar transformation frameworks
Bonus
- Kafka/Kinesis and streaming micro‑batch patterns
- Terraform/CLI automation
- Public speaking or customer‑facing experience
