Product Manager Intern
Partner with users and engineering to discover problems, write clear PRDs, and ship outcomes for Pipevia’s data platform.
About the role
You will support the PM team end‑to‑end: from discovery and scoping to measuring impact. You’ll learn how modern B2B data products turn customer needs into shipped value.
What you’ll do
- Plan and run user interviews; synthesize insights into JTBD and problem statements
- Write clear PRDs with goals, non‑goals, success metrics and UX flows
- Partner with design/eng to scope MVP, manage backlog and acceptance criteria
- Define experiment plans and measure impact with basic analytics and dashboards
- Communicate releases via changelogs, short demos and crisp internal docs
Requirements
- Excellent written communication and structured problem solving
- Comfort discussing technical concepts with engineers and users
- Data‑driven mindset; can analyze simple funnels/tables (SQL/Sheets acceptable)
- Organization: keeps specs, decisions and timelines tidy
Nice to have
- Prior PM/UX internship or course projects
- Familiarity with analytics tools or basic SQL
- Understanding of data stacks (warehouses, ETL, dbt)
